Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist customers with mobile phone sales and product inquiries
Diagnose and repair mobile phones and related devices
Handle software updates, screen replacement, battery replacement, and basic troubleshooting
Recommend suitable products and accessories to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a mobile shop is required
Knowledge in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting
Ability to speak and understand Arabic
Good communication and sales skills
Responsible, honest, and hardworking
Currently in UAE is preferred
