Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices (hardware & software)
- Perform screen, battery, and basic repairs
- Troubleshoot issues and install/update software
- Maintain repair records and tools
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 2 5 years of experience in mobile repair
- Diploma in Electronics (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
