Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, child-centered Montessori lessons aligned with EYFS standards.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster independence, creativity, and curiosity in children through hands-on learning.
• Develop and maintain learning materials and Montessori resources.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to support holistic child development.
• Maintain high standards of planning, observation, and assessment.
• Contribute to extra-curricular activities and nursery events.
