Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Mortgage Advisor / Banking Services Advisor to join our team on a long-term contract. This role is a combination of banking and real estate advisory, requiring excellent client communication and proactive sales skills. Employees will be required to connect with clients over calls to generate new leads and discuss requirements, as well as attend field meetings. Key Responsibilities: Connect with clients over calls to understand their requirements and generate new leads. Attend field meetings to provide tailored banking and mortgage solutions. Advise clients on retail banking, investments, and financing options. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: Previous banking experience in your home country. Experience in the UAE banking sector (retail sales, investment, finance, or customer service). Real estate experience is a plus.
