A British family based in Dubai is seeking a professional Mother’s Helper/Nanny to join a UHNW private household. The role involves working alongside a large team of domestic staff, including other nannies, while supporting the principals with the care and supervision of their four children aged 3 to 10 years old.

The family is hands-on and actively involved in their children’s daily lives. The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, service-oriented, and comfortable working within a large household team while respecting professional boundaries and the family’s private space.

Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience working in UHNW or HNWI private households caring for multiple children. The family is seeking a long-term placement, and stability in previous roles is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Development

• Assist the principals in caring for children aged 3–10 years old

• Engage the children in playtime, educational activities, schoolwork, and traditional games

• Supervise sports and recreational activities such as soccer and swimming

• Work alongside tutors and schools to support the children’s learning and development

• Be readily available to interact with the children while assisting with other tasks when required

Daily Organisation

• Monitor the family calendar and upcoming activities

• Ensure clothing, items, and belongings are prepared in advance for outings and activities

• Accompany the family on outings and assist with childcare during family activities

Children’s Spaces & Belongings

• Maintain the organisation and upkeep of children’s bedrooms, toys, clothing, and personal belongings

• Ensure items throughout the residence belonging to the children remain tidy and organised

Household Support

• Assist with tidying and general household upkeep during downtime

• Work alongside other household staff to maintain the home environment

Travel

• Travel with the family on weekend trips and longer international trips lasting several weeks to up to 1–2 months

• Assist with packing and unpacking luggage for the children and family

• Accompany the family during travel, outings, and meals while caring for the children

Candidate Profile

• Experience caring for children aged 2–5 and 7–10 years old

• Minimum 3+ years working in UHNW or HNWI private households caring for multiple children

• Energetic, positive, and service-oriented attitude

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and respect private family space

• Comfortable working within a large household team

• Open to constructive feedback from management and the principals

Schedule

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off

• 8 working hours per day

• Travel days may be taken as additional days off when the family is away

Terms & Conditions

• This is a local employment contract for candidates already based in Dubai

• The family will not relocate candidates to the UAE

• Preference for EU passport holders
