Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day MPD operations on the rig
- Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in line with procedures
- Monitor drilling parameters and support operational decision-making
- Coordinate with clients, rig teams, and service providers
- Troubleshoot and respond to operational issues in the field
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous MPD supervisory experience in oil & gas operations
Strong knowledge of drilling and well control principles
Good communication and leadership skills
Available to mobilise immediately or at short notice
