Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the MSC & Humanities department within the British curriculum framework
Support curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment to ensure compliance with KHDA standards
Mentor teachers, provide feedback, and promote professional development across the department
Monitor student performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Collaborate with school leadership to align departmental objectives with overall school vision
Ensure effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders regarding academic progress
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Humanities or a related subject (mandatory)
Minimum one year of UAE experience in a British curriculum school in a similar role
Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of KHDA regulations and British curriculum standards
Preference for candidates under Own/Spouse visa and physically present in the UAE
