MT4/MT5 Devops Engineer MHMarkets

MT4 / MT5 Operations (Core)

• Operate and support live MT4 / MT5 production systems

• Manage Trade, Access, Gateway, and Manager API components

• Support trading operations with minimal downtime and high availability

• Troubleshoot trading-related incidents in real time

Infrastructure & Systems (Mandatory)

• Administer Windows Server environments (forex-critical requirement)

• Manage system resources including memory, page file behavior, disk I/O, and CPU performance

• Handle network stability, certificates, firewall rules, and security policies

• Perform root cause analysis across MT + infrastructure layers

Monitoring, Observability & Incident Response

• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, logs, metrics)

• Analyze incidents using logs, system metrics, and behavioral patterns

• Improve observability to proactively detect and prevent trading-impacting issues

• Participate in 24×7 on-call and incident response rotations

Automation & DevOps

• Design and implement automation for deployments, monitoring, and operational tasks

• Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices

• Work with AWS cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)

• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
