Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of several showrooms.
- Monitor commercial performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with sales standards and internal procedures
- Supporting field teams in achieving objectives
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensuring smooth communication between the network and the General Management
Significant experience in sales management or network management
- Field leadership and strong coordination skills
- Analytical skills, rigor and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
