Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Lead the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the design or construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design.
