Roles & Responsibilities

As our Multimedia Designer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • 1. Content Creation and Design
    • Conceptualize and design a wide range of compelling visual assets
    • Develop creative concepts
    • Maintain an acute awareness of current design trends

  • 2. Video Production and Editing
    • Manage the end-to-end video production process
    • Produce engaging video content & Optimize video content
    • Demonstrate strong skills in video editing software

  • 3. Web and Social Media Design
    • Design captivating graphics and visual elements
    • Ensure visual consistency and brand coherence.
    • Stay updated on the latest digital design trends

  • 4. Project Management and Collaboration
    • Efficiently manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
    • Present design concepts and rationale

  • 5. Brand Identity and Compliance
    • Act as a guardian of our brand identity
    • Develop and implement design standards.
    • Champion brand recognition and impact

Desired Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of proven professional experience in a multimedia design role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design, videography, motion graphics, and web/social media design skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for web and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
