Nail Technician SO beauty

To perform nail therapies in accordance to the Salon’s nail services SOP’s · Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session· To strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goals· To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis· To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support · To attend events outside of the Brand in order to promote the brand externally· Taking proper care of the tools and equipment · Maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products · To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by the Salon and Municipality· Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care. · To attend all internal and external trainings of products and services· Maintain immaculate grooming standards at all time· High energy and flexible, Friendly and approachable to clients and staff all the time· Personality fit with the Brand’s DNA, style and spirit · To utilise working hours productively· To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support · To attend and be committed towards training and progression within the brand· To apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all time· Delivering results within a highly motivated and fast paced environment.· To understand and adhere to company POLICIES & PROCEDURES and SOPs.
