Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the national sales function and drive business growth across all regions. The NSM is responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy, managing distributor and retail channels, leading the sales team, and ensuring delivery of volume, value, and profitability targets for non-food FMCG products.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Manage and drive sales through general trade, modern trade, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Manage P&L for the sales function and optimize trade spend and discount structures.
  • Build and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless execution of trade and promotional plans.
