Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients / internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

  • Implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central modules.

  • Conduct functional GAP analysis and prepare FRD / BRD documents.

  • Provide support during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation phases.

  • Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.

  • Coordinate with the technical team for customizations, reports, and integrations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within defined timelines.

  • Maintain documentation of processes, system changes, and enhancements

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Navision / Business Central Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, upgrades, and end-user support across Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a NAV / Business Central Functional Consultant

  • Hands-on experience in Finance, SCM, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Manufacturing, or any core NAV/BC modules

  • Strong understanding of implementation & support lifecycle

  • Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, testing & user training

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
