NDT/Heat Treatment Site Coordinator

Coordinate daily NDT and heat treatment activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within project specifications.

Assign work to NDT technicians and heat treatment personnel, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Serve as the main point of contact between the site team, project management, and clients, providing regular updates on project status and any issues encountered.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments for NDT and heat treatment activities.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure that project goals are met.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, including any issues, delays, or deviations from the project plan.

Ensure that all NDT and heat treatment operations are performed in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Review and approve all NDT reports and heat treatment documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to the client.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of NDT and heat treatment activities to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

Lead and manage a team of NDT technicians and heat treatment personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among team members.
