Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively engage potential customers over the phone to introduce and sell our diverse range of services, exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
Masterfully articulate product features, benefits, and pricing, tailoring your pitch to meet individual customer needs and overcome objections effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Accurately record all customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
preffered Previous telesales or customer service experience, ideally within the Nepali market, is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent command of Nepali and a good working knowledge of English for communication.
