Job Summary

We are seeking a Network & Connectivity Engineer to support enterprise network operations and project-based initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing approved network changes, supporting site onboarding and migrations, troubleshooting network issues, and assisting in testing, cutover, and post-implementation stabilization.

This role owns day-to-day network operations across routing, switching, wireless, WAN, and SD-WAN environments, ensuring stable and secure inter-site connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved network configurations and change requests in line with defined standards and procedures
• Support network-related project activities including site onboarding, refreshes, and migrations
• Perform troubleshooting during both operational incidents and project execution phases
• Assist in testing, cutover, and stabilization activities during network implementations
• Maintain and support enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments
• Monitor network performance and participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during rollout and migration activities
• Ensure network documentation is created, updated, and maintained

Technology & Environment

• Switching & Routing: Huawei switches
• WAN & Connectivity: WAN links, inter-site connectivity
• SD-WAN: Enterprise SD-WAN environments
• Wireless: Wireless Controllers, FortiAP
• Security & Access: NAC (Aruba ClearPass), basic FortiGate networking
• LAN Technologies: IP addressing, VLANs
• Fortinet: FortiSwitch (FortiSW), FortiAP

Must-Have Deliverables & Documentation

• Network implementation and change execution records
• Site connectivity readiness and rollout reports
• Updated logical and high-level network diagrams
• Incident resolution and cutover reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations or project environments
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless, WAN, and SD-WAN technologies
• Practical experience with Huawei switches and Fortinet-based networking solutions
• Experience with IP addressing, VLAN configuration, and basic network security concepts
• Familiarity with NAC solutions (ClearPass preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues in live production environments
• Experience working with change management and structured network documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
