Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role:
- To ensure that all services meet the required standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and optimize check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with all hotel departments, including housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, and security, to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
- Conduct regular hotel tours in accordance with the established checklist, paying particular attention to safety and security measures.
- Monitor and manage hotel occupancy, functions, groups and VIP guests, ensuring that all special requests are met.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Managing night staff, including delegating tasks, monitoring their performance and providing guidance when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and lead the team in the event of nighttime incidents.
- Prepare detailed transfer reports for the morning team, highlighting any significant events or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during night operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of night operations by regularly providing feedback and suggestions to senior management.
