Job Description

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure all guests receive warm, personalized service aligned with the Inspire Incredible .
  • Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest complaints with discretion and empathy.
  • Oversee late-night arrivals, departures, room moves, and transportation requests.
  • Liaise with Club InterContinental, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Engineering to meet guest needs.
  • Monitor lobby, entrances, and guest floors for cleanliness, safety, and order.
  • Ensure accurate night audit and financial reconciliation with the Night Auditor.
  • Act as Emergency Response Leader, managing fire alarms, medical cases, and guest incidents.
  • Enforce security and safety protocols in line with IHG and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with Security to address suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
  • Supervise and support overnight staff across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
  • Conduct briefings to align team on priorities, guest expectations, and IHG standards.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks, reports, and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues.

Ideally, youll have some or all the following qualifications and experience were looking for:

  • 3 4 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership, guest relations, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and night audit procedures.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
