Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Night Operations: Supervise all departments during night hours.
Guest Services: Handle late check-ins/outs, room issues, and guest concerns.
Safety & Security: Monitor property security and manage emergency situations.
Reporting: Prepare nightly reports and handover notes for day staff.
Staff Support: Assist and support overnight staff in completing tasks..
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in Hospitality.
Prior experience in front office or hotel management.
Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
