Position Overview
Atlantis The Palm is seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Night Resort Assistant Manager to lead the front office and lobby operations during night hours. The role ensures seamless coordination across departments to deliver exceptional 5-star guest experiences, from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will uphold the resort s high standards of hospitality, embody its values, and act as an ambassador for service excellence and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee front office, lobby, and front services operations during night shifts to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Coordinate between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for efficient guest service delivery.
* Monitor arrivals, departures, and in-house guests to ensure service consistency and adherence to brand standards.
* Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and positive feedback.
* Manage the night audit process and review daily operational reports.
* Support and guide night staff, ensuring proper training, grooming, and adherence to policies.
* Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to engage with guests and anticipate service needs.
* Review VIP arrivals and ensure all special requests and amenities are properly arranged.
* Uphold safety and security procedures throughout night operations.
* Act as the senior management representative during night hours, making decisions in the absence of higher management.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* 2 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy.
* Thorough understanding of front office operations, night audit processes, and guest service management.
* Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera) and MS Office applications.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail.
