NOC Coordinator - Infrastructure Projects and Government Liaison

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with authorities, government entities, and service agencies for NOC approvals and technical submissions
* Attend project kick-off and coordination meetings to support design and permit processes
* Track project documentation and follow up on outstanding NOCs across utility providers and stakeholders
* Monitor schedules to identify any potential delays related to NOC progress and report them proactively
* Maintain detailed records of all correspondence with authorities and internal teams
* Provide weekly and monthly updates on the status of NOCs, permits, and clearances
* Prepare and submit required technical documentation, drawings, and reports to agencies and clients
* Travel regularly to service authority offices for submission, follow-up, and resolution of issues
* Liaise between contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve coordination issues

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferred (Civil, Electrical, or related field)
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in NOC coordination, preferably within UAE infrastructure projects
* Proven experience dealing with Dubai and Northern Emirates government authorities and systems
* Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
* Valid UAE driving license and own car is required due to frequent site and authority visits
* Strong organization and tracking skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines
