NOC Engineer

Parsons is seeking a skilled and motivated NOC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for various aspects of the infrastructure project. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary NOCs for project activities.

• Prepare and submit NOC applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

• Track the status of NOC applications and follow up with authorities to expedite approvals.

• Maintain accurate records of all NOC applications, approvals, and related correspondence.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for all NOC-related activities.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to identify NOC requirements for different phases of the project.

• Provide regular updates and reports on the status of NOC applications to project management.

• Address any issues or concerns related to NOC applications promptly and effectively.

What Required Skills and Experience You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing NOC processes for large infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of local regulations and requirements for obtaining NOCs in Dubai.

• Ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What desired skills you'll bring:

• Prior experience in a consultancy is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in using project management and documentation tools.

• Understanding of the delivery process and the functions inherent to construction management of large-scale projects.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
