Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handle L2 incident management, fault isolation & restoration for Ericsson RAN/Transport/Core nodes.

  • Perform KPI monitoring, log/trace analysis, and proactive issue detection.

  • Execute configuration changes, parameter updates, and routine health checks.

  • Analyze call flows, transport routing issues, and RAN performance degradations.

  • Work closely with L1, field teams, vendor TAC, and engineering teams for escalations

  • Maintain ticketing discipline, shift reports, and RCA documentation.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 3–6 years in NOC/Operations with at least 2 years at L2.

  • Strong experience on Ericsson platforms (ENM, OSS-RC, MME/AMF/SMF/UPF, MGW, Router 6000 series, MINILINK).

  • Domain expertise in at least one of:

  • RAN: 4G/5G KPIs, integration, traces, radio parameters.

  • Transport & IP: MPLS, OSPF/BGP, VLAN/QoS, Ethernet backhaul, sync.

  • Core (EPC/5G): GTP, Diameter, SIP, call flows, bearer/registration issues.

  • Proficiency in Wireshark, Linux CLI, and standard NMS/EMS tools.

  • Good understanding of ITIL, incident/change/problem processes.
