Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scholarship program, including selection, development plans, internships, and post-graduation onboarding.
  • Coordinate with HR and business units to align scholarship and internship programs with future job roles.
  • Support scholarship campaigns via internal communications, social media, and portals.
  • Design, develop, and deliver non-technical training programs, including communication, leadership, HR processes, workplace culture, and employee well-being.
  • Use workshops, seminars, e-learning, and interactive activities to deliver training.
  • Identify training needs, schedule programs, track attendance, and monitor effectiveness.
  • Manage and update the Training Academy section on the corporate portal.
  • Support the Training Academy Manager with content development and in-house training when required.
  • Research new learning technologies and methodologies to improve training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field.

Certified trainer from an accredited institute or association.

Masters degree in Education, HR, Business Management, Psychology, Communication, or related field.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
