Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain organization charts, job descriptions, and departmental structures.
- Draft, format, and update policies, workflows, and SOPs.
- Support the performance management cycle by gathering data, compiling results, and preparing simple reports.
- Help monitor KPIs, collect data from various departments, and create basic dashboards.
- Assist in process mapping, workflow documentation, and identifying improvement gaps.
- Participate in OD and change-management projects and structure updates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives: surveys, data compilation, follow-up, and action tracking.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the HR/OD team (documentation, scheduling, communication).
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential HR/OD data and files.
- Actively learn and develop OD skills through coaching and on-the-job training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0 1 year of experience in HR/OD (internship or training is a plus).
- Good skills in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Basic understanding of HR functions, OD concepts, and process mapping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow in organizational development.
