Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Engaging in the identification and cultivation of leads for off-plan properties across diverse channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns, while ensuring leads are thoroughly qualified and providing valuable feedback.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for off-plan properties.

Providing information, guidance, and support to potential buyers throughout the sales process, including property selection, financing options, and contract negotiation.

Facilitating the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the buyer.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and optimize sales strategies.

Ensuring all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Staying updated on industry best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training, workshops, and self-directed learning.

Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a similar role in the sales department.

  • 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
