KAF Group is seeking a dedicated Office Admin to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of daily office operations and provide administrative support across departments to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace.
Manage multiple office tasks including document handling, refreshments, and supply coordination.
Assist different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Work independently, prioritizing and managing daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Additional Preference:

Candidates already based in Dubai and available to join immediately are preferred.
