Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
  • Proactively generate sales leads through inbound and outbound communication, converting inquiries into potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration and indoor sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant office tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
