Roles & Responsibilities

Office Labour Coordinator – 2,500 AED / month · Office-based coordination job for construction labour supply · Manage daily labour attendance & site deployment · Coordinate buses, camp accommodation & worker movement · Handle labour complaints, discipline & site issues · Conduct induction for new workers · Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower requirements · Must be strong and firm in handling 30+ workers · Hindi/Urdu required, basic English preferred · Experience in manpower supply / construction field preferred · Salary: 2,500 AED fixed
