Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Manage and maintain office budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial policies.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, for staff and visitors, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role, showcasing practical expertise.
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibits strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
