Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our client s executive team and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing high-level support to our executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports, budgets, and financial documents.
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building management and service providers.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management and/or executive assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing office budgets and financial documents is a plus.
Location : Beirut Downtown
Working hours : 9:00 Am till 18:00 Pm
working days : From Monday till Friday
