Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure the administrative management and financial monitoring of the company.
  • Managing correspondence, invoices, reminders and reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, purchases and relations with administrative bodies.
  • Provide HR support: contracts, leave, scheduling and coordination of placements.
  • Welcoming clients, managing calls and following up on business files.
  • Participate in the internal organization and optimization of management tools.

  • Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in management, administration or commerce.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • My proficiency with Microsoft Office and management/accounting software.
  • Good organizational skills, autonomy and sense of priorities.
  • Good interpersonal skills, discretion and team spirit.
  • Fluent French, essential Arabic, English appreciated.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in management, administration or commerce.

2-4 years of experience in a similar position.

My proficiency with Microsoft Office and management/accounting software.
