Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the administrative management and financial monitoring of the company.
- Managing correspondence, invoices, reminders and reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, purchases and relations with administrative bodies.
- Provide HR support: contracts, leave, scheduling and coordination of placements.
- Welcoming clients, managing calls and following up on business files.
- Participate in the internal organization and optimization of management tools.
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in management, administration or commerce.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- My proficiency with Microsoft Office and management/accounting software.
- Good organizational skills, autonomy and sense of priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills, discretion and team spirit.
- Fluent French, essential Arabic, English appreciated.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in management, administration or commerce.
2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
My proficiency with Microsoft Office and management/accounting software.
