Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources while managing conflicting priorities.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to enhance information retrieval and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of office management principles.
- Proven experience of at least 2-4 years as an office secretary or administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software, showcasing technical competence in daily operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling the management of multiple tasks without compromising quality.
