Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose: To ensure timely handling of Users Access Management related access requests /enquires for ADIB UAE & International as per UAM P&P and authority matrix, handle setting-up new applications, new profiles or groups in different systems and maintaining the existing profiles, groups, privileges/access rights and users.

Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Access provisioning/de-provisioning; manage access reques
  • Execute approved SPCR and parameter change requests in various applications.
  • Handle internal customers' urgent requests, complaints, attend calls, and solve access related issues.
  • Perform periodic system access review and access entitlements for departments, branches and IBG as per plan and head of dept request.
  • Participate in new system/enhancement of existing testing related scenarios for user admin related functionalities.
  • Work with IT in new reports follow ups on raised issues and tickets related to the area/user and maintain a proper tracking.
  • Act as backup for other UAM staff, participate in RCSA testing and handle special tasks assigned by Head of UAM and Controls Head.
  • Investigate end users issues and complaints

Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Bachelor in Info Tech, experience in Info Tech security and access management , Identity and Access Management
