Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management – Coaching staff, managing KPIs, performance monitoring, and driving team development.
Operations Management – Overseeing daily business centre operations, lease management, occupancy control, and service delivery.
Customer & Stakeholder Management – Ensuring high member satisfaction, handling complaints, managing partner relationships, and supporting retention.
Financial & Analytical Skills – Budgeting support, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, feasibility studies, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Project Management – Managing projects end-to-end, preparing business cases, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking timelines and budgets.
Process & Systems Expertise – Strong CRM/reporting system knowledge, process improvement, BRD preparation, and coordination with IT.
Product & Service Development – Market research, service enhancement, competitive analysis, and facility improvements.
Compliance & Governance – Ensuring adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5-8 years experience in similar role
Solid experience in business centre / property / leasing operations
Financial and analytical capability, CAPEX/OPEX analysis
Strong stakeholder and vendor management
Project management exposure
Customer-centric mindset
