Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designation: Officer – Catering (Operations)
  • Experience: 04-08 years
  • Qualification : BHM / DHM
  • Oversee daily catering operations to ensure seamless food service delivery and exceptional guest experiences, adapting to dynamic client requirements.
  • Manage food preparation timelines and coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee high-quality dishes are served on schedule and according to specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create tailored catering solutions.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections of food and service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train catering staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency while ensuring adherence to company standards and service protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of supplies while minimizing waste and cost.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for catering events, providing detailed reports to management on cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site events, including setup, service flow, and breakdown, ensuring a smooth operation from start to finish.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Industry : Industrial Catering only. (Candidates should have specific experience in industrial catering; previous experiences in hotels are acceptable only if the candidate has a clear background in industrial catering operations as well.)
  • Certification: HACCP Level 3
  • Must be available in Oman
