Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances

• Support resolution of workplace issues in line with company policies

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive matters

Employee Engagement & Wellbeing

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives

• Support programs related to employee wellbeing, satisfaction, and retention

• Gather feedback through surveys and interactions

HR Operations Support

• Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Policy & Compliance

• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines

• Assist in disciplinary processes and documentation

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare reports on employee issues, engagement, and attrition trends

• Coordinate with HR, management, and other departments for issue resolution
