Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales/Planning department, understand the production requirement SKU wise, follow the production plan.
Allocate people to the production line as required by the daily production plan.
Resolving day to day production related issues concerning worker handling, material availability and changing the plan accordingly.
Effective planning of Variety change overs as per protocol of Quality and machine standards keeping in mind efficiency and productivity.
Making shift wise production report and sending across all function in MS-Excel and SAP ERP .
Maintaining Line efficiency and Productivity standards
Ensure all food safety procedures are applied (HACCP, HALAL, and USFDA) during the production
Monitor raw and finished product quality before and throughout the shift
Maintain plant hygiene
Training of Workmen
Responsible for conducting the training of workmen as per the plan
Tracking the effectiveness of the training program
Identifying the gap between actual & desired performance level & arranging for re-training the workers who are not up to the mark
Daily Data entries and Reports
Daily production related reports.
Production related activities in SAP system.
Weekly, Monthly reports related to Production.
Audit related records and reports.
Co-ordinates people, product and resources effectively
Communicates effectively with other managers and staff
Work closely with other concerned departments, understand the production requirement & execute the plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with Food Technology
4-5 years of experience in a Biscuit Manufacturing Organization
Knowledge of Biscuit production process, Computer Skills, Report writing and analytical skills
Excellent Leadership Skills with problem solving approach
Positive attitude towards work
Effective Communication, coaching, counseling, coordinating and implementation skills
Apart from Arabic language must be fluent in English as all documentation and co-ordination is mostly in English.
Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a necessity.
