Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Policies, Processes and Procedures

    • Implement all section policies, processes and procedures

    Budgets

    • Implement the section budgets and work plans

    Continuous Improvement

    • Participate in initiatives for innovation and Continuous Improvement in pursuit

    of greater productivity

    Reports

    • Provide inputs for the preparation of accurate and timely performance reports,

    as required

    Sales Execution

    • Ensure that all Sales orders are processed timely and accurately and all

    necessary documentation and contractual terms are fulfilled

    • To log the order based on the items provided by order development team

    and highlight any variances to the Assistant Manager for reconciliation.

    • Create outbound delivery transactions in SAP in line with the sales order

    and create a record of deliveries to customers

    • To ensure that all order characteristics in SAP-SD module are entered

    correctly.

    • Fulfill the outbound delivery document in liaison with Manufacturing,

    Technical, Logistics and Planning sections in both Supply Chain and

    Operations

    • Post the Goods issue transaction for the shipment/delivery completed

    Invoicing

    • Create invoices for all deliveries made to the customer in line with the

    terms of the contract

    • Provide Finance with relevant information for invoicing to enable the cash

    management of all invoices raised

    Sales Administration

    • Coordinate between Sales and Order Execution teams to ensure seamless

    processes and communication

    Documents Database

    • Draft and save on the database templates of sales presentations,

    proposals, standards contracts and various forms to enable Sales team

    members to retrieve them quickly when needed, allowing them to focus on

    Sales

    • Ensure proper recording and filing of all closed transactions

    SCOPE: The job holder supports Sales at all stages of the Sales cycle from the sales

    order and contract until delivery to the customer

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Essential : Relevant Diploma with training on the SAP-SD module Desirable : Training in Sales processes, order execution and administration Job Skills: Sales administration skills, excellent communication, Ms office and Good Knowledge of Excel.
