Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from identifying needs to contract finalization, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clear specifications and fair evaluation criteria.
  • Analyze bids, conduct price and cost analysis, and make informed recommendations for supplier selection, considering quality and value.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CPSM or CIPS, demonstrating professional competence in procurement.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of successful sourcing and negotiation.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is highly preferred, showcasing industry-specific knowledge.
