Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conducts in-depth analysis of sales and product performance.

Verifies data against previous reports.

Communicates key insights.

Uploading yearly Budget and monthly Rolling Plan.

Prepares annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts.

Oversees fresh product return control.

Coordinates with stakeholders to gather data, initiates analysis activities.

Decides on who and what needs to be done to activate analysis.

Leverages available tools for business evaluation.

Prepares daily sales reports.

Analysis of new product launch / promotional products.

Monitors new product/promotional performance.

Maintains market price lists, updates product portfolios.

Update product portfolio and consolidates monthly reports.

Generate Monthly Supervisor Commission.

Performs any duty assigned by the line.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Processes any cross training as mandated by the line.

Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA pre.

2 years of sales and marketing. research and analysis within an FMCG.

Proven experience in business Analysis, market entry, and team leadership.

In-depth knowledge of global markets, import regulations, and distributor networks

Strong understanding of Oracle and all related software programs.

Proficient in Advanced MS Office, including Excel for data analysis.

Experience with OLAP technologies and business intelligence tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
