Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors all uniform wearing staff; ensuring adherence to defined uniform and grooming standards, which includes regular checks at recurrent training and any other ad-hoc checks.
- Provides guidance and support to all uniform wearing employees to ensure that they present themselves in line with the company s grooming standards.
- Provides grooming reports and discrepancies to the management as and when required to capture information on inconsistencies related to all dimensions of grooming standards, such as uniform needs, fit, replacements and health issues.
- Maintains grooming records of the cabin crew members and front-line employees as a source of reference for performance management purposes.
- Updates relevant manuals on regular basis with policies and standards updates related to uniforms and grooming standards for all uniform wearing teams.
- Delivers in-house training and workshops to ensure that all relevant employees are aware of the uniform and grooming standards and requirements.
- Supervises uniform fittings and tailoring sessions for new joiners, ensuring proper fit, presentation, and adherence to company standards.
- Collects feedback, analyses trends and issues with uniforms and recommends resolutions to the management team in order to mitigate issues discovered.
- Coordinates with related stakeholders to identify suitable option for grooming-related concerns.
- Manages the Uniform Management System (USM) and answer any enquiries to all uniform wearing staff through the relevant mailbox.
- Monitors market trends and developments in grooming and uniform standards to recommend enhancements to policies and materials.
- Provides all uniform wearing employees with advice and guidance in relation to any grooming or uniform irregularities, referring cases to external specialists for medical or grooming-related concerns as required.
- Offers advice to Cabin Crew on personal hygiene, appearance, and professional behavior to maintain flydubai s brand image.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in English
- Previous Cabin Crew Experience, fashion experience advantageous
- Microsoft Office
- Years with qualifications: 4 - 6 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
