Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The local Industrial IT support team will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our industrial applications as well as the proper functioning of the connectivity of our industrial resources.
He/She will be required to open or manage application/system/connectivity incidents.
He/She will also be responsible for carrying out activities within Industrial IT projects.
Missions :
- Incident tracking and resolution (ServiceNow)
- Continuous improvement of incident processes
- Ensure the processing of the S incident backlog (Analysis + Resolution)
- Ensure compliance with required deliverables (inventories, CMDB, procedures)
- Propose improvements to incident processes
- Receiving alerts generated by monitoring, creating immediate service incidents, escalating to level 3 if necessary.
- Application patch planning/connectivity
- Verification of the installation of system/connectivity patches and validation of the operation of the application/connectivity.
- Analysis of volumetric problems.
- Participation in/implementation of project activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of the fundamentals of major industrial applications at Safran Nacelles:
- MONTH (Delmia APRISO)
- MCS (Thingworx)
Proven experience in industrial system connectivity
Good knowledge of the trade and sensitive to industrial production issues
