We will count on you to:
Act as the primary contact for client executive teams to facilitate onboarding processes.
Ensure client entities are accurately understood, set up in all required Marsh systems, and reflected in service agreements.
Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) between clients and carriers, ensuring documents are signed, stored, and monitored for renewal.
Manage Broker of Record documentation and carrier acknowledgments on behalf of the account owner and placement teams.
Capture and store client servicing preferences for easy access by client teams.
Obtain prior insurance program information from new or expanded clients and their carriers for use by client teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic partner.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stay current with Marsh compliance, professional standards, and transparency requirements.
Organize and monitor effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify operational process improvement opportunities.
Maintain a solid understanding of insurance procedures and related legislation.
What you need to have:
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate information sharing with client teams.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, especially during policy renewals.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to interface across applications.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple locations.
Excellent time management skills to balance collaborative and independent work.
Up to 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
