We re looking for a motivated female candidate to join our Marketing Department. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow in the fields of online customer care and social media marketing. You will play a key role in managing our online presence, e-commerce operations, and client communications.


Key Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries across social media, WhatsApp, and the website

Manage online sales, orders, deliveries, returns, and coordinate internally

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support

Handle day-to-day social media content and engagement

* Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and performance analyses


Qualifications:


0 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or customer service

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok

Proactive, organized, and a team player
