Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive online sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through digital channels, including website optimization and social media marketing.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions tailored to the online market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online sales platforms, including e-commerce sites and marketplaces, to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with online customers, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles.
  • Exhibits a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an online environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Has strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a passion for online sales.
