Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across all online sales platforms (website, marketplaces, social media).
Ensure product availability by coordinating with the supply chain and inventory teams.
Optimize product content (descriptions, images, pricing) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints online channels in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor daily and weekly online sales performance and prepare accurate reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
Ensure proper implementation of online promotions, discounts, and special offers.
Analyze competitors activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor website or application performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or marketing or related field.
Experience :
1 3 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital platforms
Languages:
Arabic and English
Computer: - MS Office (especially Excel), E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
