Key Responsibilities:

• Actively approach and engage hotel guests at the pool and beach areas in a professional and polite way.
• Promote and sell water sports activities such as jet ski, banana boat, parasailing, yacht rental, boat trips, etc.
• Explain pricing, packages, and safety procedures in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build strong relationships with hotel guests to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction.
• Report daily sales performance and feedback to management.
• Ensure all marketing materials and equipment are presentable and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and the outdoors.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Must be presentable, punctual, and professional at all times.
