The Operations Engineer – Export will coordinate and monitor end-to-end export operations for Latin American markets, ensuring smooth execution of production, engineering coordination, and logistics activities. The role acts as a key interface between factory, engineering, logistics, and export management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with factory teams to plan, track, and follow up on production schedules.

• Liaise with engineering teams to ensure timely release of drawings, BOMs, and technical clarifications.

• Monitor project milestones and report progress to the Export Operations Manager.

• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams for packing, documentation, and dispatch of export consignments.

• Ensure export documentation complies with customer, country, and regulatory requirements.

• Track order status from confirmation through production, shipment, and delivery.

• Identify potential delays and proactively escalate risks with mitigation plans.

• Maintain accurate records of production status, engineering deliverables, and shipment schedules.

• Support continuous improvement in export operations processes.

• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding priorities and deadlines.
